Book People Rewards Program

Working together for a class project, my team and I devised a loyalty program for a Book People, an Austin local brick-and-mortar book store. We encouraged customers to come back to the store by creative a rewards program.

My tasks were focused on the channel mix:
• Search Ads and email marketing to capture our audience at the awareness stage
• Facebook ads and email marketing to bring the audience down the funnel through the consideration stage
• The audience was brought into the website where they could sign up for the rewards program
